We are a secular organisation that is welcoming and inclusive of those from all faiths and none.
What is a Sangha? "Sangha" means community of practice: "When I met Martin Luther King Jr., in 1966, we spoke about Sangha building. We spoke a few times about the beloved community. The beloved community is the Sangha." - Thich Naht Hanh.
Every month, a member of the TAP team leads a mindfulness class. This is available for free to anyone who has been through TAP's "In the Zone: Mindfulness for Athletes & Coaches" class, as well as anyone who has completed TAP's global mentoring programme, as a way to help our participants to continue to deepen their mindfulness practice in a supportive setting.
Sessions are held via Zoom on the last Thursday of every month, from 7.45pm - 8.30pm UK time. Typically, we'll have one long, or two short meditations, and then some time for question and answer / discussion at the end.
If you have not been through a TAP class or mentoring programme, but would like to attend this monthly class, you can join by making a voluntary donation to TAP, by clicking here.
Proceeds go towards our mentoring scholarship fund.
After you make a donation, we will send you the link for the coming month. You only need to donate once to receive the link for the year.
We hope to see you soon!
