Sign Up: Click 'sign up' and set up your fundraising page for free.
Set Your Distance: Walk, run, cycle, or wheel - set a personal mileage goal for mindfulness.
Raise Funds: There is no minimum fundraising target. We challenge you to raise $150 and earn your TAP t-shirt.
Complete Your Challenge: Track your miles on your phone, smart watch or other device. Share your journey on social media - you can link your fundraising page so friends and family can track your progress and support your challenge.

what is the cost to join
There is no cost to join. Click 'sign up' and you can register for free.
what is the fundraising target
There is no minimum fundraising amount. Once you reach $150 you will receive a free TAP t-shirt.
how do i fundraise
Set up your fundraising page by clicking 'sign up'. All funds raised will be sent directly to TAP. You will receive a fundraising pack from us with tips, tricks and support to help you on your way and you can share your progress on social media. Remember to tag us: @the.true.athlete.project
