In this class, athletes will gain practical knowledge and skills on using gratitude to shift their perspective, be present, build connection, and cope effectively when facing uncertainty in sport and in life.You will be matched with one of our leadership coaches who will provide you with executive coaching specifically pertaining to the mental and emotional wellbeing of leaders and their stakeholders, providing space for reflection and learning, and building resilience through these times. Strategies may include compassionate communication (NVC) and mindfulness for the workplace.
