RETREATS

Deepen your practice with wonderful teachers in serene settings
Our mindful retreats allow you the space to reflect, learn and transform. We provide ongoing support of your practice once the retreat has come to a close, so that the learning becomes habitual. Our retreats are a dynamic mix of physical and mental training, relaxation, and conversation.

NEXT RETREAT COMING SOON:

Our next retreat will be an online weekend retreat, delivered by Yong Oh and Sam Parfitt.
An online "retreat" is a wonderful way to bridge the gap between learning mindfulness away from the "real" world, and living your daily life more mindfully. This offering is particularly aimed at those with an experience of mindfulness practice, such as having completed our 6-week "In the Zone: Mindfulness for Athletes" class.

New Year's Rewilding Retreat

Saturday
Focus: TRANSFORMATION
Morning meditation and movement practice, discussion of intentions and focus of the day. Private visit to botanical gardens to connect with nature and learn about the constant transformation of the rainforest and how that relates to our personal practices. We will do our afternoon training there and sample some of the incredible chocolate made on site. Private time follows with evening discussion and meditation.

Sunday
Focus: INSTINCT & INTUITION
Morning meditation and movement practice, discussion of intentions and focus of the day. After breakfast we’ll visit the incredible Jaguar Rescue Center to meet the rescued animals that live in the rainforest. We’ll have a silent night night hike that evening to tap more deeply into our own animal instinct. We will convene to meditate & move, tapping into our intuition before we head into the jungle for dinner and hiking.

Monday
Focus: VISUALIZATION
Day includes our morning practice, afternoon training, discussion and creative exploration. We will provide free time to explore before a group dinner and evening practice.

Tuesday
Focus: ACTION & IMPLEMENTATION
On our last day, we will have a brief morning practice before we gather to set intentions, goals and personal commitments. We will continue to stay in touch to support communal and personal goals.
