This course is designed to provide athletes with 6-months of mental-emotional training for sport, which can benefit them for a lifetime! It has been curated by TAP's team of Olympians, Paralympians, coaches and mindfulness teachers - who deeply understand how to help athletes embrace their potential.

Based on cutting edge approaches in sport psychology, this module focuses on powerful but underused strategies for taking responsibility for and enhancing performance.
The module centres on the three controllables; Preparation, Effort and Attitude. It provides a structure around how to approach these topics and set appropriate goals to help you gain a better understanding of precisely what you can control around your performance.
Beyond this, you will be guided through exercises which challenge you to:
We have all heard the phrase 'focus on the process', which is great advice. This module is the most effective method you will discover for precisely how to follow that advice.

Knowing your values is a powerful source of motivation and can act as compass points when faced with difficult decisions, helping direct you to the path which is most aligned with your true self.

Values Module - Coaches
This module is about helping you identify and explore the core values that you most want to live by. Being explicit about the person / coach you want to be makes it significantly easier to live up to that vision. This provides a powerful foundation of wellbeing, as you begin to consciously make decisions aligned to your goals and values.
